こんにちは！韓国でテスラ・モデルYに乗っているオーナーです。

今回は、モデルYで愛用しているYZ（Yonzee）製 車中泊用マットレスとIKEA（イケア）の布団カバーを組み合わせた、お手頃で clean（清潔）に保てる車中泊セットアップをご紹介します！

YZの車中泊マットレスは、付属のカバーが清潔感のあるホワイトです。ただ、車中泊で使っているとどうしても汚れが気になりますし、 洗濯のたびにカバーを脱着するのが少し面倒ですよね。

1. マットレスを縦のファスナー方向に二つ折りにした状態で、布団カバーの中に入れます。

2. トランクの奥（上部）から手前（下部）に向かって、ゆっくりカバーを押し込んでいきます。

3. カバーの中で折れていたマットレスを綺麗に広げます。

4. カバー下のボタン（またはファスナー）を留めた後、横に少し余った生地をマットレスの下へ綺麗に折り込みます。

マットレス自体のサイズは 130 x 200 cm、布団カバーは 150 x 200 cm です。マットレスの厚みを考慮しても両サイドに5〜10cmほど余裕ができるため、 マットレスの下に巻き込むとぴったり綺麗にフィットします！

今回は、テスラ・モデルYの室内積載スペースが実際どれほど広いのか、実戦でテストしてみたレビューをお届けします。

Working from home, I kept feeling like a single laptop screen just wasn’t quite enough, so I picked up a magnetic laptop phone holder from AliExpress to see if I could turn my phone into a handy little second screen. It clips onto the side of the laptop, and I went ahead and ordered two in black. The price was so low that I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out to be more useful than I imagined, so I wanted to share my thoughts with you.

I’ve got an old 2015 MacBook Pro sitting around at home, and lately its battery has gotten so bad that I can basically only use it while it’s plugged in. Even at a full charge it won’t last thirty minutes, so it’s become more of a desktop than a laptop at this point. The performance is still decent enough that I didn’t want to toss it, so I figured I’d just swap the battery, and started digging around on AliExpress.

This isn’t actually the first time I’ve patched this machine up. A few years back the logic board died on it, and I ended up ordering a replacement board from AliExpress and swapping it in myself, since it was either hard to find domestically or way overpriced here. This time it’s the battery’s turn, and the situation turned out to be pretty similar, so I went back to AliExpress again.

There turned out to be a surprising number of MacBook Pro replacement batteries out there. I ended up going with a brand called skower. The listing claimed compatibility across a wide range of models, from older ones like A1278 and A1286 up through A1398, A1502, A1708, A1706 and A1707, so after checking that it matched my MacBook (A1278) I placed the order. It came out to a little over $20, which is a lot less painful than an official Apple battery repair.

Good morning! It is early August, right in the heart of summer, and I woke up bright and early today.

I wanted to tend to the fruit trees in my garden and vegetable plot during the cool morning breeze before the sun gets too strong. Today, I carried out a foliar fertilization of potassium phosphate to help the persimmon fruits grow firm and strong, and to prepare for next year’s farming as well!

For anyone managing a weekend farm or garden, I’m excited to share a practical review of the electric sprayer I’ve used myself for over a year, tips on foliar fertilization, and how to manage persimmon pests and diseases for August!

The 100% water-soluble potassium phosphate (N:0, P:52, K:34) I used today from Nongsacheon-guk dissolves very quickly, making it ideal for spraying with a sprayer.

August is a crucial time when flower bud differentiation (the process where flower buds for the next year are formed) actively takes place in persimmon trees. Usually, flower bud differentiation in persimmons is concentrated between July and August. Providing phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) while reducing nitrogen (N) during this period brings great benefits:

• Form strong flower buds (flower buds for next year’s fruit)
• Prevent excessive shoot growth and promote lignification (wood maturation)
• Improve fruit sugar content and strengthen cellular tissue for this year’s harvest

1. Spraying early in the morning: Spraying under the strong midday sun can cause rapid moisture evaporation and chemical burns (scorching leaves), so early morning or late afternoon is best.

2. Focus on the undersides of leaves: Since a plant’s stomata (breathing pores) are mostly on the underside of its leaves, point the nozzle from bottom to top to thoroughly wet them.

3. Precise dilution: The standard dilution rate is usually 500x to 1,000x. Too much is as bad as too little, so please strictly follow the recommended ratios.

4. Use a spreading agent (sticker): Mixing in a spreading agent helps the solution adhere better to the leaves, increasing the absorption rate.

After August, pest control focusing on protecting the leaves and fruit until the end is key.

• Scale Insects (Lecanium scales / Mulberry scale insects): August is the hatching and peak activity period for scale insects. They attach themselves to branches, leaves, and fruit surfaces to suck out plant sap, weakening the tree’s vigor and causing black rot or sooty mold that looks like the fruit was scorched by fire. Because scale insects form a waxy layer (shell) on their bodies, you must mix a dedicated insecticide and spreading agent during the August nymph hatching period (the young bug stage) and spray finely and thoroughly into the tree bark and the undersides of leaves.
• Leaf Spot Diseases (Circular leaf spot / Grey-spot leaf blight): This is a disease where leaves turn black and fall off prematurely before harvest. Since dropping leaves cause persimmon fruits to soften or drop prematurely, you must continuously prevent this with a dedicated fungicide even in August.
• Anthracnose: A disease where black spots appear on fruits and branches, sinking inward. You should apply a dedicated fungicide right before and after rain.
• Stink Bugs: They suck the sap out of the fruits and cause misshapen fruits, so spray a dedicated insecticide either in the late afternoon or early morning.
